Le billet de 100 francs Jeune Paysan a été créé le 7 novembre 1945 et émis à partir du 10 mars 1947 par la Banque de France1. Il a été imprimé jusqu’au 1er avril 195423. Le billet a été retiré de la circulation à partir du 6 décembre 195423 et a cessé d’avoir cours légal le 1er janvier 1963.

La description du billet :

Recto: Un jeune paysan blond portant son outil de sarclage et suivi par deux bœufs.

Verso: Un couple de marins avec leurs trois enfants autour d’un cabestan.

Dimensions: 85 mm x 130 mm2
