Condition Note: opened along top, corners bent, small bends along sides

Condition: Please inspect scans for wear and defects. Covers will show some degree of inherent defects due to use and age: edge and corner wear, opening tears, creases and wrinkles, toning and soiling, etc.

Terms of Sale: Prices are net plus shipping. Offers gratefully declined. Mail Order only. Payment through the shopping cart/payment system. Goods Satisfactory or Money Refunded (except items offered as-is). I am now retired and having fun. Don't bug me.
