Ex Maisel. Est. Cash Val. $400 - 600 Emil Fuchs MVD (1866 - 1929) was an American sculptor, medalist , painter and author. He worked in Vienna, London and New York. He painted portraits of Queen Victoria and King Edward VII and was fashionable among London and American high society in the early 20th Century.
