AIR LETTER SCARCE LOCAL SURCHARGES 1951 (17 July) cover from Douglas to Ronaldsway bearing GB 2½d Festival plus 6d, 11d, and 1s4d B.E.A. labels each respectively with manuscript "+1d", "+1d", and "+2d" surcharges, applied at Northolt Airport, with these all tied by boxed "B.E.A. / 17 JUL 1951 / ISLE OF MAN/ A" violet cancel, and on the back is boxed "B.E.A. / 19 JUL 1951 / RONALDSWAY, 2." violet receiver.
