Hawaii - Postal Stationary

1928, 2c carmine overprinted "HAWAI 1778-1928", tied by first day "HONOLULU AUG 13 1928" machine cancel to Hawaian postal stationery envelope overprinted "Provisional Government 1893" addressed to the post master of the USS Maryland. Unobstructive stains.
