I purchased a couple of items out right from an individual in China...on FEB 1st...even after telling him I was done and requesting invoice about 6 times now in various methods. (direct email, through the item page, AND through WHO the person is on this site) I have YET to have him even acknowledge my emails or purchases. This leaves me not feeling very trustworthy to even send this person money. As a buyer I feel I should at least be responded to before I send some stranger money. So what do I do? He has 100% feedback, I could pay immediately through Paypal but now I don't trust anything about this person. And I'm kinda annoyed that I wasted my time picking out anything from this persons shop when there's a lot of good people out there that DO appreciate business.

There must be some misunderstanding. Both of you are lack with awareness of the situations in each other's countries, maybe you don,t know, most Chinese collectors do not offer invoice for their buyers at internet, that's because: 1) the value is too low. 2) the invoice is really some problem for most individuals. 3) only the companies or groups possess the power and are qualified to issue the international standard or effective invoice.
