I always add the approval card # of the listed item to my title, that make my after sale process easy.
I just saw a "Personal reference" box available under the title, that can not be see by the buyer : Surely a great tool to reduce the size of the title but are they appearing then on invoice later ?
Thank
Corinne

hi corinne,
i think that is a 'reference' number (for inventory purposes) you can give your item other than the delcampe auction number. and that is what that is referring too. then i could be totally wrong. whether it shows up on your invoice or not, i can't tell you as i don't use the moneybooker's payment system and therefore, have an automatic invoice system. keep chewin' that wood. When I send a printed receipt/invoice with the sold card, I cut 'n' paste to a word document before printing--this reduces the size (not as many images) and allows me to 'delete' the reference numbers if I wish.

Hello Alan,
It's a nice idea, I'm going to try it.
It probably saves a third of the 1st page and
cut where you want it to cut.
I still like to keep the pictures on my invoice, it provides a kind of double-check to make sure I'm sending the right items out.
