A friend of mine launched a new idea: "Chewing Wood"

I know it is already successful in France, Belgium and Canada.

See the site: Link (http) . It is presently french only, as this company is new and starting now.

Contact him here, his firstname is Michel: info@chewingwood.com (say you are refered by me). He will be delighted to help.

Keep this way ! ;)

bonjour corinne,
is the name of seb's friend 'woody woodpecker'? i thought you told me you had quit smoking already? well, this time, just wear a nicotine patch (if you want too, it helps the craving subside), but don't smoke while wearing it. you can give yourself nicotinic poisoning and a possible heart attack (this is true and you know my medical background.) drink lots of water to help flush the excess nicotine from your system. don't hang around smokers, quitting smoking is like quitting drinking or drugs. you have to change people, places and things when you get sober so you have to do the same when you quit smoking. it is a drug too. cajun has 24 years of sobriety and quit smoking in 1994. and he did it one day at a time. expect to gain a few pounds, your body was underweight anyway, that was normal. your taste buds come back, your lungs will clear out with some coughing. but the air will smell better, you will smell better, your clothes and house will smell better. and you will live longer. and be my friend for a long time little sister.   take care and don't smoke any longer. s.v.p.

amities,
bill.

and watch those snacks!!! :D
