I got this in Bulgaria and it´s a great little piece of history as well as look into Communist nomenclature as the card is called a "Legitimatzia", or proof of legitimacy.

Dated 1950, His name was Stefan Petkov, and is a 5-pg book with stamps from the Bulgarian Society of Trains (BDZh) with official stamps, and renewal dates, up to 1955.
